After you complete the Inquiry Form (click here ), I will set up a phone call to dive a little deeper into the details of your trip. On this call I will discuss your unique travel style, must-haves, wish list, and every other important detail that I will need to know! This will also allow me to answer any questions you have about our company, processes, and the services we are able to offer.

If we are a good match, you will send back the agreement, $250 planning fee and I will get started on the fun stuff of putting together initial proposals for you to review.

Rates & Fees

A non-refundable travel consulting fee for full itinerary design starting at $250. This fee covers the time involved in researching and crafting a highly-customized travel experience for you.

This covers our time in consultation, research, pricing and support before, during and post travel. By paying this non-refundable planning fee, you are agreeing to our terms + conditions.

The fee covers my work on the following:

2 edits to your itinerary up until deposit
Access to me via email and scheduled calls prior to travel/texting or message via app during travel
Response to emails within 48 business hours
Itinerary app and hard copy documents with an overview and any necessary paper vouchers or tickets - Restaurant recommendations catered to your likes + destination
Emergency contact numbers
Concierge services like restaurant reservations and spa appointments

Please note that as per our supplier contracts we cannot offer a breakdown of pricing.
