We understand there are a lot of opportunities for you to book your own travel. However, there is no better experience than having an experienced luxury travel designer customize your trip. We have built strong relationships with worldwide travel partners to ensure we are providing you with a quality and safe journey with ease and efficiency. It is important to note that many of our trusted travel partners only work with travel advisors and not with the direct consumer.

We provide you with access to immersive travel experiences and exclusive amenities only offered via a well-connected travel professional. We save you time in your busy day so that the only thing on your to-do list is to enjoy the fun parts of planning your next getaway!

Many hours are spent planning and collaborating with our travel partners to ensure no detail is left to chance when planning your trip. We take care of all the tedious research, double-checking, confirming, and coordinating so that you don’t have to.

Our service fees are calculated based on the complexity of the trip. This includes the number of travelers, number of days, number of destinations, etc.

We typically get the same if not better rates and added amenities in most cases. Our goal is to ensure that you have the best experience possible that is perfectly matched to your vision and interests. We know there is great value in how we can save you time, stress and frustration prior to traveling or while in destination.

We fully understand and appreciate the impact a luxury travel experience can have on strengthening the relationship with yourself and other people you are traveling with. We want to make every vacation we can plan for you memorable, and priceless.

With that, we are aware that everyone has different budgets. Most people are not aware of the true cost of travel, particularly to certain destinations.

Therefore, we focus primarily on VALUE when designing your trip rather than price. Of course, we are respectful of your budget, but if we know that for a nominal amount, we can provide you with an exponentially better experience, we will make recommendations accordingly.

Our expertise, connections, and preferred partnerships are in the world of luxury travel and include five-star hotels and resorts, villas, and private charters.

While we don’t have a minimum spend, we provide the most value for clients with a budget of at least $1,000/per person per day. We are generally not a good fit for those primarily looking for travel deals.

Travel insurance is always recommended to protect your investment and to safeguard your health while you travel. There is no substitute for your tranquility and peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected!

Flights are considered a separate service which requires a per-person fee for each ticket booked.

We are only able to book Business and First-Class flights.

As a Virtuoso agency, our clients have access to the same (if not better) pricing as you have through AmEx.

Our exclusive preferred partner relationships with luxury hotel brands elevate your status to a tier above any other booking channel. Unlike a credit card company or general booking sites, we have strong connections with not just our clients but with the hotels and suppliers at your desired destination.

Our relationships with the owners and managers of these exclusive properties mean you will receive preferential treatment and service throughout the experience.

We are your direct line with the management team. You will also still earn points if you pay with your card.

After our initial call to understand and align with your trip preferences, we will communicate with you every step of the way until your trip itinerary matches your vision. All non-emergent calls are by appointment only.

To allow for proper documentation of requests and to provide you with the best service, we operate primarily by email.

We do not use social media or texting for communication. Clients who are in-travel will be given emergency numbers to utilize.
