The Planning Process

After you complete our Inquiry Form, we set up a time to connect to better understand your vision for your upcoming travel. We will discuss your choice of destination, unique travel style, must-haves, wish list, and every other detail that is important to you! This will also let us answer any questions you have about our company and the services we can offer. To reduce the risk of missing an important message or detail, we do not accept inquiries via social media or text messages.
Step 2: Client Confirmation
Once you’ve decided we are a good fit, you choose the service level that best suits your needs. When the agreement is signed and the non-refundable service fee is paid, we will get to work designing your vacation using years of expertise, partnerships, memberships, exclusive research tools, and high-end industry connections.
Step 3: Trip Design Planning

Step 4: Proposal Review and Approval
You will have the discretion of making up to two itinerary edits before paying your deposit. Once your proposal is perfected, we book your truly unique and tailored experiences with your secure payment. Terms are dictated by the date of travel and specific hotel or partner policies.
Step 5: Continued Communication
You will receive all your trip documents and details in an awesome itinerary app that you can download and access offline conveniently as well as a hard copy with an overview and any necessary paper vouchers or tickets. Also, we have established timely touchpoints to ensure you are well on your way to a smooth and effortless departure.
Step 6: Wander Well
While you are thoroughly enjoying every detail of your trip, we offer continuous support from our in-destination partners and messaging via a travel app to ensure the seamless VIP experience you dreamed of!
